What is the Trade-In Program?
If you currently own any of the following Thermomix® models:
- TM21
- TM31
- A non-UL rated TM5 (purchased outside the US, Canada, or Mexico)
- A non-UL rated TM6 (purchased outside the US or Canada)
You can trade it in for a refund towards the purchase of a brand-new Thermomix® TM6™!
Here’s how it works:
- Purchase your new Thermomix® TM6™.
- Important: Bundle deals and limited edition TM6 models, such as the Sparkling White, are not eligible for the Trade-In Program.
- Navigate to the eShop and purchase the individual Thermomix. (Currently available on the eShop)
- If the TM6 is not listed as a standalone item on the eShop, a Customer Happiness agent will send you an invoice for the standalone TM6 purchase.
- Send us your eligible trade-in unit.
- Once your trade-in unit is received at our distribution center, we’ll process your refund.

Refund Details:
Your trade-in refund will be issued back to the original payment method you used for your Thermomix® TM6™ purchase.

How to Participate in the Thermomix® TM31 Trade-In Program
- Notify Customer Happiness:
- Before purchasing your new Thermomix® TM6™, contact our Customer Happiness team to let them know you intend to trade in your Thermomix® TM31. Be sure to include a photo clearly showing the serial number of your TM31.
(For Canada only) We will confirm the trade-in amount based on the TM31 purchase date or manufacture year.
- Before purchasing your new Thermomix® TM6™, contact our Customer Happiness team to let them know you intend to trade in your Thermomix® TM31. Be sure to include a photo clearly showing the serial number of your TM31.
- Purchase Your TM6:
- Complete your purchase of the Thermomix® TM6™ using your consultant’s shop link, or request an invoice from the Customer Happiness team for the standalone TM6 purchase.
(Note: Bundle deals are not eligible for the Trade-In Program.)

- Return Your TM31 Base:
- Ship the base of your TM31 unit to us within 30 days of purchasing your new TM6, regardless of its condition. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Accessories may be included but are not required for the trade-in.

- Receive Your Refund:
- Once our Customer Happiness team confirms receipt of your trade-in TM31, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the new TM6 purchase.
Important Notes:
- Trade-in units will be disposed of upon receipt or within 30 days from the purchase date of your TM6, whichever occurs last. Once this happens, the trade-in transaction cannot be canceled.
- Only one trade-in unit is allowed per TM6 order.
