What is the Trade-In Program?

For those customers that currently own a Thermomix® TM31 unit (sold and purchased in Canada), who now wish to purchase a new Thermomix® TM6™ unit, we offer a trade-in amount (in the form of a refund to your original payment method). The trade-in amount is based on the year the TM31 unit was purchased. Following both the purchase of a new Thermomix® TM6™ unit and the receipt of the trade-in unit at our distribution center, we will refund the below indicated amount to the original payment method^ used to purchase the new Thermomix® TM6™.

Please note:

In order to qualify for the Thermomix® TM31 trade-in amount, you must:

1. Purchase a new Thermomix® TM6™ in Canada that is NOT combined with any other offer or bundle.
2. Notify our Customer Happiness team before you purchase the ‎new Thermomix® TM6™, and inform them that you intend to trade-in your Thermomix®TM31 unit.
3. Provide our Customer Happiness team with a photo reflecting the serial number of the Thermomix®TM31 unit you plan to trade-in.
4. Return the base of the Thermomix®TM31 unit within 30 days of purchasing the new Thermomix® TM6™, regardless of the unit’s condition.  Any and all accessories may also be returned but are not required to be returned. The Thermomix® TM31 unit should be placed in the shipping box (along with the packaging) in which you received the new Thermomix® TM6™ unit and returned using the shipping label provided by Thermomix Canada.
5. Once our Customer Happiness team confirms receipt of your Thermomix®TM31 unit trade-in, we will issue a refund to the original payment method^ used to purchase the new Thermomix® TM6™.

Note:  your trade-in unit will be disposed of upon receipt or within 30 days from the purchase date of your new Thermomix® TM6, whichever occurs last.  Upon which time, your trade-in transaction cannot be canceled.

The above trade-in values are only for units sold and purchased in Canada. We offer a $200 CAD trade-in value for any foreign (non-UL rated) TM5s, TM6s, and TM31s, and a $100 CAD for TM21s.

^if the original payment method involves a financing option, you will be solely responsible for any interest, fees or financing charges which apply to ‎your payment, including those which accrue between the time when you purchase the ‎new Thermomix® TM6™ and when the above amount is applied to your account following the return of your ‎trade-in.‎
