Please note there are some limitations on Cookidoo® membership refunds. Thermomix is not able to refund a Cookidoo® membership that was paid more than 14 days in the past. Thermomix is only able to refund the initial membership fee. Thermomix is not able to refund a membership that has been auto renewed even if it was auto renewed within the last 14 days.
Please email our Customer Service team at service@thermomix.ca for any Cookidoo® refund requests. In the email please include the following information.
1. Your Cookidoo® email address.
2. The date that your membership was purchased.
3. A copy of the order confirmation email sent after your membership is purchased.
