To unlink a Cook-Key, if your Cook-Key® is registered to someone else's account and you don't know how to reach them, please contact Customer Happiness for assistance. If you received your Cook-key® from someone else, or another person has used it, please request them to deactivate the device from their account, you can also deactivate your device from your account, using the steps below:
1. Go to Cookidoo.ca and log into your account. (If you are using the app click the profile at the top right-hand corner and proceed to “My Devices”)
2. If using the website, Go to your “Account” and then “My devices”
3. In "My devices", deactivate the Cook-key® ID that matches your device and confirm deactivation.
