If your TM6® or Cook-Key® is registered to someone else's account and you don't know how to reach them, please contact Customer Happiness for assistance. If you received your Thermomix® or Cook-key® from someone else, or another person has used it, please request them to deactivate the device from their account, you can also deactivate your own device from your account, using the steps below:
- Go to Cookidoo.ca and log into your account. (If you are using the app click the profile at the top right hand corner proceed to “My Devices”)
- If using the website, Go to your “Account” and then “My devices”'
- In my devices deactivate the TM6/TM5 serial number OR Cook-key® ID that matches your device and confirm deactivation
