Fix 1:
- Turn on the TM6.
- If you are greeted with a screen that says an update is available, please accept the update.
- Once it updates – and you are connected to WiFi - try logging into Cookidoo.
- The button should not be grayed out and you should be able to log in successfully!
Fix 2:
- If you do not see a screen that says an update is available, navigate to the Settings screen, then Thermomix Version and Update.
- Please tap the Search for Updates button. Accept the update if one appears
- If it doesn’t appear, long-press the silver selector button to turn the TM6 off. Then long-press to turn back on.
- After your unit is turned on please wait 2 mins then, repeat steps 1-2
- Once it updates – and you are connected to WiFi - try logging into Cookidoo.
- The button should not be grayed out and you should be able to log in successfully!
Fix 3:
- If Fix 1 and 2 are not successful, navigate to Settings, then WiFi
- Tap the network you are connected to and a screen will pop up with the option to Forget Your Network. Please tap that button.
- Turn the TM6 off and on
- Once on, please wait 2 mins then reconnect to your WiFi
- Repeat steps 1-2 from Fix 2
