Unfortunately, we are unable to change or modify a payment once the order has been placed. To cancel an order please contact Customer Service during business hours at 855-867-9904, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm PST.
- If the order has been shipped, but not delivered, you can choose to "refuse" the items upon delivery by UPS. Then, contact Thermomix® Customer Service to notify us of your decision to return.
- Your items will then be returned to us. Upon arrival at our facility, we will process a refund for the amount of the items returned per our return policy.
- If the order has already been delivered, contact Customer Service and request to initiate an order return.
