Any UL-certified Thermomix® TM5® or TM6™ originally sold in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico (TM6 only) can be repaired in our Canada repair facility. An easy way to confirm is to look at the bottom of your Thermomix® If there is a “UL” marker, the units can be repaired in our facility.
