Make sure you use the right Mixing Bowl with the right Thermomix. The bowl for the Thermomix TM5 does not work in the Thermomix TM6 and vice versa. Ensure the bowl is designed for the voltage in your country. It is shown on the bottom of the bowl when removing the mixing bowl base. If everything is according to instructions and the error persists, please contact Customer Happiness. |
