Internet set up for TM6®
1. Select Main Menu > Settings > Wi-Fi.
2. Choose the Wi-Fi network to which you want to connect your Thermomix®TM6
4. Enter the password for your selected Wi-Fi network and press Connect. In the list of Wi-Fi networks, the status of the selected Wi-Fi network changes to Connect.
Internet Set Up For TM5®
You would need the Cook-key to connect to the Wifi network and attaches to the Thermomix via magnet. It can hold up to 500 recipes or 50 collections at a time. It does not work with 5G
Make sure The Thermomix is within range of the router.
- Be sure to attach your cook-key and ensure it is added to your Cookidoo account under My Devices. (please refer to THIS ARTICLE on how to add it)
1. Click on “Menu” > “Settings” > “Wifi” or “Network Configuration
2. Choose your network
When prompted, enter network password and connect.
If needed, update software and firmware.
If Thermomix has trouble connecting to internet/Wifi, set up a HotSpot via cell phone.
For iOS device:
Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > turn on Data> Personal Hotspot. Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join.
On the Thermomix, click on “Wifi” or Network configuration (TM5)
Update Thermomix Software if needed
For Android devices:
Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile (Portable) Hotspot. Tap the slider to turn on. To learn the password click on Mobile Hotspot and you will see the password and your devices name.
On your Thermomix Click on “Wifi”

TIP:
- Please bear in mind that the connection of the TM6 may depend on the Internet speed, distance from the Wi-Fi router (strength of the signal), count of connected devices to the network or an old firmware running on the router.
- Please consider to not use Free or open Wi-Fi connections appearing on your screen as looking for Wi-Fi network. Those free networks usually owned from stores or other businesses are most of the time unstable and insecure for that purpose.
