Can you provide an update on when I will receive my order?
The best way to track your package is by using the UPS tracking tool available at https://www.ups.com/track and entering your UPS tracking number or by using Canada Post tracking tool available at https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/business/shipping/track-find.page and entering your Canada Post tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, as this will be the most current and updated status of your package.
My order is being held by the shipping carrier can you ship me a new one?
If the carrier is holding the package, it is expected they will deliver the package at a later date. We are not able to ship out a new shipment. We are not able to re-route or return the shipment once it has left our facility.
If my order is returned to sender, can you re-ship the order to me? If my order gets returned to sender, will you refund my payment?
If the shipping carrier chooses to return the shipment due to the current health events, we will attempt to reship your order to you.
Can I change the address once my package has been shipped?
No, we can not change the address once the package has been shipped.
Can I send my order to my Independent Consultant?
We are advising our team and Independent Consultants to follow the social distancing guidance from the CDC, and therefore we will not be able to ship your order to your Independent Consultant to then be delivered to you.
